How do you work?
We estimate the time required to produce your event presentation based on the content of your presentation and our experience with similar events.
What kind of clients do you work with?
We have experience with customers of all sizes in all industries. We cater for events large and small.
Can you work on very large projects?
We are used to large-scale events: our presentation design agency has 25 designers on permanent contracts who are used to working together through standardized processes to cover needs of all sizes.
Are you present on the day of the event?
We can mobilize one or more designers on site the day of your event to accompany you on the presentation. We can also be present on the day of the rehearsals to take your feedback live if needed.
Can you work in collaboration with an event agency?
We are used to working hand in hand with the event agencies in charge of your events. For greater efficiency, we communicate directly with them to ensure a perfect experience.
Can you intervene on an event abroad?
Yes, we are used to following our customers in all the countries in which their event takes place. Part of our team is bilingual to facilitate communication.
Do you handle the distribution of the presentation?
We accompany the control room in charge of broadcasting during the event, and are on hand to adjust the presentation if necessary. However, we do not intervene in the technical aspects of the broadcast.  
What types of events do you work on?
We work on all types of events: Annual General Meeting, Product Launch, Annual Presentation, Press Conference, Trade Shows, Webinars, Seminars, Tender Submissions or even Olympic Games Bids. Our teams are experienced in high-stakes events.
Can you adapt to specific screen formats?
We adapt to all technical aspects related to the event during the production of the presentation. We discuss directly with you or the event agency regarding the screen formats to be respected in order to ensure optimal broadcasting on the big day.
Who will I be dealing with?
The agency's founders, project managers, sales staff and designers are in direct contact with our clients to ensure that each project is well communicated.
Do you work in white label?
No, our work processes mean that we are in constant contact with our clients in order to deliver the most beautiful presentations on the market.
How can I be sure that the information I provide is completely confidential?
Our production is fully in-house and secure. We are also used to signing non-disclosure agreements on request.
